All staff very kind and caring felt well looked after.
Suggested improvements
Do not like the new toilets - being claustrophobic and 93, did not know about lights on a motion sensor or even how to work tap on basin.

I was seen fairly quickly.
Staff pleasant respectful helpful.
Suggested improvements
I was given tablets to take, I would prefer a better explanation of exactly what the set of tablets were and what they are for.
